Navigating around the city
Me leaning on the Eiffel TowerUri and I have been exploring the city on foot, walking all the way from our apartment in the 5eme arrondissement to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Place de la Bastille down the Champs Elysees to the Arc de Triumphe, and the Eiffel Tower. We came across a street festival where it appeared that the theme was Foie Gras and wine. We got free apples, grapes, and garlic and got to watch a crazy "marching" band. We had an exhausting day and both fell asleep while watching "Survivor: French Edition," our bellies full of wine and Doner Kebab...
