My Demande de Carte de Sejour
I have successfully completed the next step in obtaining my residence card. I have officially "Demanded a Residence Card!" I had to arrive at the Office of Aliens with about a thousand "mandatory documents." They are as follow:
-Confirmation of Appointment Ticket
-Passport
-Confirmation of Residence
-Letter of Confirmation of Residence from my Landlord (cousin Agnes)
-Copy of an Electric bill from my Landlord
-Copy of Landlord's ID card
-Original Birth Certificate
-Birth certificate translated into French
-Work Contract with Work Stamps
-Work Contract with Medical Stamp
-Medical Clearance to Work
-Process Verbal D'Installation (confirming that I have started working)
-Three passport sized photos
-A self addressed stamped Envelope
